How long will it take to post my ouchy stuff?
We keep quite a few copies of everything in stock. If we have enough of everything you order then we will almost always manage to get it in the post the next day.
If we need to print some of your order it will hopefully still be the next day. However, 3D printing is a long and tedious process. A lot of the stuff, especially the multicolour stuff, can take well over 12 hours to print, or longer if the printer is in one of its moods. However, we will still strive to get it to you as swiftly as we possibly can.
If there’s going to be a delay to your order, say we’re waiting on filament to reach us, or we’re away on the all expenses paid trip to the Maldives someone is bound to give us, then we’ll let you know. If the delay is longer that you can bare then we’ll refund you in full.
Then it’s up to Australia Post
From then on it’s up to Australia Post, in conjunction with your local postie if you live overseas. Their times vary a little and unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that.
We offer standard shipping and Express post, for here in Australia. Just be aware that Express Post no longer guarantees next day delivery. However, we’ve still found it to be pretty good.
Discrete Packaging
Anything we send will be discretely packaged so that even your perverted postman won’t know you’re also a proud pervert.
Postage costs
We don’t make money on postage. We will charge you the going rate with Australia Post, plus $1 (and some lollies?) to cover the packaging.
If you spend over $100 we’ll cover the cost of postage ourselves.
Can I just collect it in person?
Yes and no.
No, as we’re a home business and don’t have a shop front.
However, if you know us, or might be at an event ouchy sub attends, we are happy to hand deliver at those places. It will just depend how soon our paths might cross.
Ouchy sub will also, hopefully, have a table at the Brisbane kink markets in the future. We’d love to do markets in other states but it’s just not financially viable.
